Action Points

1

For Spring/Summer 2022, the entire world will be in recovery mode, although signs of the pandemic trauma will remain. This is why colours that give a feeling of comfort and calm will be especially important in this historic phase.

2

While human contact continues to be restricted in Spring/Summer 2022, sensorial products and their design will have to be fascinating and captivating. Colour in this sense will also serve to stimulate the senses and transmit serenity.

3

Worry about zoonotic diseases (passed from animals to people) will accelerate our attention towards ingredients of plant rather than animal origin. The result will be the use of natural, plant-based colourings and, where possible, synthetic alternatives with equally excellent results.

4

Slight nuances in the change of seasons will be perceived to have greater value, all guided by a convergence of factors: first and foremost, the advance and consolidation of smart working and a growing number of consumers, who are increasingly aware of the environment.
